First Glimpse of Orchid Hills

• Tea Dosage: Take 3–5 grams of oolong leaves for a single serving, suit your personal taste preference.
• Water Temperature: Use purified hot water at 95–100°C, ideal for releasing layered roast and floral aroma.
• Rinse the Leaves: Quickly rinse tea leaves to awaken the fragrance and clean fine impurities.
• Steep Time: First infusion for 15–20 seconds, gradually extend time for subsequent rounds.
• Multiple Infusions: Premium aged oolong can be brewed 5–8 times, with changing flavour in each sip.
• Tasting Moment: Savour slowly, enjoy the mellow texture and lasting sweet aftertaste of Minnan oolong.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
